Maddie survived a six hour EEG, no worse for wear other than a mysterious bruise/scratch down the middle of her forehead. Well, that and the hair glue!
Hopefully this long awaited test will give us some long awaited news if her behavior problems are epilepsy related or not. Hope it is, because then we’d have a clue as to what to do next. But hope it isn’t because we’ve not had too serious of problems with seizures before and I hoped puberty would be the end of all seizure activity, not the start of something worse.
Either way, I guess its good to have the info and be able to address it or be able to move on to the next possible cause.
how did the EEG turn out, could it be seizures that is causing her behaviors?
