Child Safety

It has been big news in my town of Monroe, Michigan about a little girl gone missing and eventually found dead.  (Story archives on Neveah HERE.)

Most people suspect that someone close to the girl is responsible for this, which is I guess somewhat of a comfort that there isn’t a random child killer on the loose in our small community.

But it still brings up the question of how to teach a child with Angelman Syndrome about ’stranger danger.’  When you love everyone and are so happy to talk with anybody, that’s not safe.
